Join us for a few hours of paddling on lake Vättern!

A guided paddling in the waters off Omberg! We’ll start at our rental facility in Hästholmen harbor and paddle up to the caves of Omberg. No previous knowledge is required.

We meet at 14.00 at Hästholmen harbor for introduction before hitting off towards Omberg and the caves. We’ll stop on the way to have a snack so bring your own preferred snack and beverage.
We’ll get back to the marina around 17.00-17.30.
No previous knowledge is required – we’ll help all new beginners!

The wind here sometimes changes rapidly and sometimes we have to cancel the tour on short notice. If the wind is more than 5 m/sec we’ll confer in the morning to decide whether or not we’ll do the tour. If the tour is cancelled you’ll get fully refunded.

You can cancel the tour less than 72 hrs prior to its start and be given the money back – except for 200 SEK/booking (not per person), which we keep as an administration fee.
Cancellations made more than 72 hrs prior to start will be fully refunded.
Cancellations on the same day and no-shows will not be refunded at all.

14.00 Arrival

We meet up at the kayak stand in the harbour of Hästholmen about 6km north of Ödeshög. We'll give you a kayak, paddle, life jacket, splash cover - all the equipment needed for the tour. Before we set off we'll have instructions on land, and we help you out on the water.

14.30-16.45 Kayaking

We paddle north towards Omberg. Hear the stories about trolls and monks, and look into the caves.

17.00-17.30: Return

We return to the harbour and we all help everyone out returning the kayaks.
